Required Skills and Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field, such as Computer Science, Business Administration, Nursing, or Health -Care Administration; relevant experience in excess of three (3) years may be substituted.
-Seven to ten years of systems analysis experience focused on software development; and preferably in healthcare industry is desired.
-Experience with web application and software development.
-Ability to successfully function as an analyst on multiple projects concurrently, using applied principles of business system analysis.
-Thorough knowledge of business analysis principles and ability to apply best practices to designing and implementing projects.
-Knowledge of software development methodologies.
-Demonstrates content expertise regarding applications and business operations by mentoring staff and receiving satisfactory customer feedback.
-Ability to define functional requirements and systematically interpret functional requirements into applications design.
-Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical users/clients.
-Proven ability to create test strategies and test plans with ability to execute various testing phase of a project and lead User Acceptance Testing activities.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
-Healthcare Experience is a plus
-Experience with developing web based solutions is preferred.
