Global Planning Partners, Vice President of Sales
Experienced and licensed Insurance advisor or advisors to assist clients in purchasing our financial products and services and leading advisor teams in day to day activities. The VP responsibilities include responding to clients' inquiries in a professional manner, providing sound financial advice to clients, cross-selling our products and services when suitable, and attending various training programs as required. You should also be able to follow up with clients to ensure that they are satisfied with existing products or services. Continued development into leadership position should be expected.
To be successful in this role, one should be able to build rapport with clients and continually meet or exceed sales goals. Ultimately, as a top-performer, be knowledgeable of financial regulations and demonstrate exceptional communication, analytical, and customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Florida Insurance license (2-15) or equivalent required.
- Scheduling meetings with clients to discuss their financial needs and goals.
- Collecting pertinent client information to provide planning options that align with clients' financial situations.
- Monitoring market conditions to determine how various changes may impact taxes and client investments.
- Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and client referrals.
- Calling potential clients to inform them of the various financial products and services on offer.
- Suggesting viable solutions to improve clients' financial statuses.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of our financial products to advise clients accordingly.
- Managing and continually developing advisor teams.
Desired experience, but not Required:
- Securities registration
- Bachelors Degree
- Appropriate state licensure. We will assist in attaining.
- Proven experience working in a fast paced high energy environment.
- Knowledge of basic financial concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong mathematical skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
