What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electricians position at Global Power Components?
Global Power Components is a privately held, growing manufacturer of UL heavy gauge steel fuel tanks, trailers, large generator enclosures and modular metal enclosures for housing fully-equipped electrical distribution and control equipment.
We are seeking dedicated 1st Shift Electricians who are detail orientated and seeking a full-time opportunity with the potential for OT.
Global Power Components is willing to train candidates who may not currently have all of the requirements.
Responsibilities: (what the job entails)
- Wiring
- Breakers
- Light packages
- Conduit
- Outlets
- Minimum 1 to 3 years in a manufacturing environment
- Able to read blueprints
- Able to troubleshoot and problem solve
- Must be highly motivated
- Able to communicate and work well with others
- Must pass competency test and pre-employment physical including drug screen
