As a result of continued growth, we are seeking an Intune Support Specialist to join our team
Responsibilities:
- Deploy, configure, and manage Microsoft Intune for mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM).
- Implement and manage device compliance policies, conditional access, and security baselines.
- Configure multi-app kiosk mode setups.
- Develop and enforce application deployment policies for desktop and mobile environments.
- Troubleshoot Intune-related issues, including policy conflicts, app distribution errors, and device enrollment failures.
- Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned
- Bachelors in Comp Sci, or other IT related field preferred but not required.
- 1-3 years of experience in Intune, Azure AD (Entra ID), and general policy configurations within Azure.
- General Hardware and Software knowledge is a plus.
- Strong communication
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to learn quickly and adapt to changing technology
