Duties
- Install, assemble, and align machinery and equipment according to specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various types of machinery.
- Fabricate parts and components as needed for repairs or replacements.
- Utilize tools such as ammeters, ohmmeters, voltmeters, and other diagnostic equipment to analyze machine performance.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues using logic controllers and hydraulic systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing tasks.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve machine efficiency and reliability.
Skills
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong welding skills for fabricating metal components.
- Ability to analyze mechanical systems and diagnose issues effectively.
- Knowledge of hydraulics and their applications in machinery.
- Familiarity with electrical testing equipment such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and voltmeters.
- Effective communication skills in English to collaborate with team members.
