Position Overview
We are seeking an entrepreneurial and energetic digital marketing specialist with experience across B2B and/or D2C channels to develop and execute marketing initiatives that support business objectives. This role combines creative marketing strategies with data-driven insights to enhance the customer journey – from lead generation to loyalty. As a dynamic marketing specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving growth opportunities and increasing revenue across diverse segments.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders and sales teams to define key target audiences and develop full-funnel integrated activities that generate awareness, boost conversion rates, facilitate cross-sell/up-sell opportunities, and improve retention.
- Utilize the company’s ERP platform for marketing automation and CRM capabilities to build workflows, initiate marketing outreach, and enable sales team engagement.
- Analyze industry trends and internal data to prioritize lead generation efforts and qualify top-of-funnel leads for improved sales conversion.
- Create integrated marketing campaigns using email, social media, paid digital advertising, and content marketing to support business growth.
- Establish account-based marketing (ABM) programs with targeted content and value-driven resources to address customer needs and improve sales outcomes.
- Optimize customer experience (Cx) and SEO on the company's digital platforms to increase website traffic, engagement, and ecommerce conversions.
- Provide sales collateral support, including bid documents, pitch decks, and tailored presentations for key clients.
- Develop and maintain a performance dashboard to track KPIs, providing actionable insights to stakeholders for ongoing optimization.
- Stay informed on digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to improve strategy and ensure go-to-market success.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of integrated marketing experience, with expertise in both B2B and/or D2C digital marketing strategies.
- Proven experience partnering with sales teams to implement sales enablement tools and account-based marketing strategies.
- Strong knowledge of demand generation tactics, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
- Proficiency in leveraging ERP platforms for marketing automation and CRM capabilities.
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing channels such as email, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and social media advertising.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills, focused on aligning marketing strategies with business goals.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset, adaptable to shifting market dynamics and opportunities.
