Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and experienced caregivers to fill a floater position. As a floater, you will have the unique opportunity to work with various clients, covering shifts as needed. This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and a passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, compassionate care to clients in their homes or care facilities.
- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to ensure a safe and clean environment for clients.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Follow care plans and communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
- Adapt quickly to different client needs and environments.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a caregiver or in a similar role.
- Ability to travel to different client locations as needed.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
- Ability to handle the physical demands of caregiving, including lifting and transferring clients.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
