We are seeking a Health and Safety Specialist dedicated to protecting employees and ensuring compliance with critical safety standards.
In this role, you will play a vital part in implementing effective safety programs and cultivating a workplace culture where safety is a priority.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and maintain safety programs that reduce risks and ensure compliance with California OSHA and industry regulations
- Deliver clear and effective safety training to employees at all levels
- Stay informed on evolving safety regulations and integrate updates into existing processes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on compliance and fostering a proactive safety mindset.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field
- 5 years of experience in industrial safety or safety management
- Strong knowledge of California OSHA regulations and industrial safety standards
- Safety certifications are a PLUS!
