Responsibilities
- Monitor the operation of anaerobic digesters, gas purification systems, and other plant equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Adjust and maintain process variables such as temperature, pressure, flow rate, and pH levels to maximize gas production
- Operate various plant equipment and machinery, including pumps, valves, compressors, blowers, generators, etc.
- Troubleshoot operational issues or malfunctions
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations
- Monitor temperature, pressure, flow rates, and gas composition
- Keep accurate records of O&M activities
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations
- Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, and abnormal conditions; mitigate risks and minimize downtime
