Our client is seeking a Program Manager who oversees the delivery of parts and upgrades for Radio Frequency measurement systems and solutions used in aerospace, defense, and other applications. This role involves managing a portfolio of engineering projects, ensuring financial, technical and schedule objectives are met while maintaining customer satisfaction. The Program Manager coordinates resources, performs financial analysis, manages risks, and participates in proposal efforts for new opportunities. Occasional domestic and international travel is required.
Qualifications
- 3 years of program management experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience with costing labor and parts and earned value techniques.
- Experience managing technical projects involving cross-functional resources including engineering design, manufacturing, assembly, and testing.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, MS Project, and MS Office.
- Customer facing experience managing projects or programs.
- Ability to obtain a US Government security clearance (required).
- Experience in precision motion control, antenna and/or RF design and measurement (desired).
- Project Management Professional Certification (desired).
Salary : $140,000 - $180,000
