As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and manufacturing explosive devices while ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety requirements. - Lead and contribute to New Product Development, Sustaining Engineering, and Manufacturing Engineering initiatives.
- Design, develop, and test mechanical and explosive devices while ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety requirements.
Responsibilities
The Mechanical Design Engineer will be responsible for:
- Preparing and reviewing detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and models using CAD software.
- Leading project efforts in defining design requirements, prototyping, design validation testing, and commercial release.
- Working within defined engineering design processes and regulatory frameworks to ensure best practices are followed.
- Taking ownership of projects, including planning, scheduling, goal setting, execution, testing, and approvals.
