Responsibilities Include :
- Lead and manage team developing mechanical system design documents package for construction throughout the entire design and review cycle.
- Engage with clients, stakeholders, and other consultant firms to meet the projects needs and address requirements
- Oversee design mechanical systems such as HVAC / Piping / Plumbing / Medical Gas and Fire Suppression within new facility construction and existing facility renovation
- Apply engineering judgement and critical thinking to arrive at the most efficient and economical mechanical system design
- Participate in design charrettes and coordinate with other disciplines and offices, as well as other consultants and required subconsultants
- Employ CAD software and other resources to prepare design plans to include REVIT, Trane Trace and other software modelling
