Join a growing manufacturer in the Mid-South as our Director of Quality, Multi-Site & Supplier Responsibility! This key leadership role reports directly to the President and oversees all quality functions across multiple sites, including supplier quality.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of 10 , including 2 direct reports.
- Develop and implement quality strategies to ensure product excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee supplier quality programs and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all manufacturing sites.
