The successful candidate will possess three to five years of experience in sales or finance, with a strong understanding of health insurance and employer-sponsored employee benefits. Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to process, digest, and summarize data, are essential for this role.
You will be responsible for managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks effectively, analyzing and reporting sales data, implementing and improving sales processes, managing and optimizing sales tools and technologies, coordinating and supporting sales projects, ensuring sales compliance and quality, evaluating, monitoring, and providing insights on essential sales metrics, creating, sustaining, and enhancing Salesforce dashboards, reports, and data visualizations, guaranteeing data accuracy in Salesforce, overseeing and fine-tuning the data structures, hierarchies, and user permissions within the sales software stack, contributing to sales forecasting and strategic planning by delivering precise, timely, data-driven insights, identifying trends among the data, and communicating back to sales leadership.
