Your Key Objectives
- Streamline Production Processes: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality while maintaining regulatory compliance.
- Lead Cross-functional Teams: Collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve production issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide manufacturing engineering support.
- Drive Project Success: Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
- Develop Talent: Supervise team members, assign work tasks, evaluate performance, and make personnel decisions to drive team success.
- Analyze Costs and Report Progress: Conduct cost estimations, payback analyses, and risk assessments to inform business decisions and track project progress.
Your Requirements

Qualifications
You must meet these requirements:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology or Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, etc.) required. A Master's degree in Production or Business Management (MBA) is preferred.
- Manufacturing Experience: 12 years in manufacturing, preferably within the munitions industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project.
