About the Job
The Senior Systems Analyst will be responsible for leading the expansion of standard processes in IQMS ERP (now called DELMIAworks) and related applications. This involves scaling business operations, improving existing practices, and addressing new business requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems setups and configurations, as well as experience with IQMS and Crystal Reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform systems setups and configurations to support business operations.
- Design and develop Crystal Reports for various business needs.
- Generate and analyze reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Implement and support IQMS applications and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly.
- Ensure data integrity and security across all systems.
- Travel up to 25% to various locations as needed for project implementation and support.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience with IQMS and Crystal Reports.
- Strong understanding of systems setups and configurations.
- Proficient in designing and developing Crystal Reports.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%.
