About the Job
We are looking for a highly skilled IQMS Solutions Architect to lead the expansion of standard processes in IQMS ERP (now called DELMIAworks) and related applications. The successful candidate will drive business growth by scaling business operations, improving existing practices, and addressing new business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive ERP strategies to meet business objectives.
- Design and develop Crystal Reports for various business needs.
- Generate and analyze reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Implement and support IQMS applications and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly.
- Ensure data integrity and security across all systems.
- Travel up to 25% to various locations as needed for project implementation and support.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience with IQMS and Crystal Reports.
- Strong understanding of systems setups and configurations.
- Proficient in designing and developing Crystal Reports.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%.
