Summary
This position offers the opportunity to support operational efforts by performing administrative tasks such as preparing reports, updating customer information, entering customer maintenance data into the GRS platform, reviewing data from source documents to ensure accuracy and completeness and maintaining internal databases.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of operations experience.
- Ability to learn GRS Lubrication Management System.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office 365 suite of applications.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong oral and team communication abilities working directly with GRS personnel.
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
- Virtual office / virtual company.
- Preferred residence: Plaza/Overland Park/Kansas City Area.
- High school diploma required.
Responsibilities
- Work from home.
- Create weekly and monthly reports.
- Enter maintenance tasks into GRS System.
- Maintain database.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements.
- Collaborate with other GRS associates.
