What You'll Do
Childcare
- Be a steady, supportive presence in a child’s daily life
- Help with school prep, meals, playtime, and winding down in the evening - (Meals only for the child - Noodles - Nuggets - Fries)
- Take part in fun activities like swimming, playground visits, and outdoor adventures
- Encourage personal growth, independence, and confidence
- Work alongside a loving caregiver in a team-focused environment
Household Management
- Keep the home running smoothly and comfortably
- Handle cleaning, laundry, organizing, and household errands
- Prepare meals (for the child only) and manage groceries
- Stay on top of appointments, activities, and to-do lists
- Coordinate with service providers as needed
Schedules
- Part-time: 15 to 20 hours per week
- Full-time: 30 to 40 hours per week
- Fixed weekday and weekend shifts available
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid NYS driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience in Working with people with disabilities
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and staying active
- Organized, reliable, and ready to commit to long-term work
- A calm, positive attitude and a heart for helping
Pay
- $18.50 to $21.50 per hour, depending on experience and skills
