Role Overview

Global Rescue is looking for a diligent, coachable, and motivated individual to help support partner acquisition marketing efforts in our channel partnerships division. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and enjoys the idea of working on widely diverse types of projects. Core responsibilities include assisting with all top-of-funnel channel acquisition efforts including coordinating and logistical execution of events, support lead gen efforts through partners, implementing webinars, organizing lead nurture email campaigns, developing collateral and maintaining performance reporting. This role is essential to our partner lifecycle team and reports directly to the head of Channel Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with top-of-funnel lead generation activities including but not limited to digital marketing initiatives, webinars and events.
  • Develop and provide maintenance support for lead generation focused marketing and sales resources, ensuring materials are in alignment with channel initiatives and GR product/service updates.
  • Coordinate efforts of marketing relationships with lead gen focused partnerships and associations, in collaboration with partnership account managers.
  • Maintain and implement tradeshow and events calendar. Execute logistical efforts for all shows including securing booth space, registering & training attendees, shipping materials, coordinating pre-and-post show marketing activities, deliverables, advertising and brand awareness initiatives.
  • Assist in onsite staffing of tradeshows and other events, as needed.
  • Own weekly and monthly performance reports for lead generation-based efforts.
  • Provide support to the channel partner and marketing teams and assist with various projects as needed

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree
  • 2-3 years of applicable experience required (internship experience will be considered)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Efficient time management, and exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to assist in multiple projects at once
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed for the role
  • A good balance between being independent in some tasks but checking in with stakeholders at the right time for guidance and status updates
  • Attention to detail is critical, customer service is a must and a team player is key
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Nice to have but not required – Experience with SharePoint, ClickDimensions or other ESPs, Dynamics or other CRM systems, Monday.com, project management, and Adobe Creative Suite programs.

LOCATION: Dorado, Puerto Rico travel

COMPENSATION: Based on experience bonus benefits
