Global Response Team is seeking motivated, experienced marketing and sales professionals to grow upon our current client portfolio with new partnerships and revenue opportunities in a national role.
Global Response Team is the industry leader in commercial restoration and construction services. We are seeking an experienced professional with a minimum of 7 years in a business development role. This position can be located anywhere in the country with a preference to large markets and/or easy travel hubs. Other than necessary training and meetings with management, associates are expected to set up and attend meetings, events, and other in-person prospect and client gatherings, along with other processes within the business development and sales cycle. Candidates must have a strong ability to communicate across multiple platforms and be results-driven individuals who thrive on building long-term relationships with new clients.
New team member will be responsible for bringing in revenues from medium to large size regional and national clients. It's expected that existing relationships will be able to be levereged for immediate revenue and impact. This is not an entry level position.

Responsibilities And Duties
- Locate potential new clients through all avenues including online research, event marketing, call-driven, and outside drop-ins.
- Build a substantial database of clients and interactions through our CRM system.
- Keep an accurate record of all client and potential client interactions with the CRM system.
- Set benchmarks for client touch-points to ensure that every single client is given our full attention.
- Adhere to GRT’s marketing plan while maintaining the ability to adapt as needed.
- Meet or exceed agreed-upon sales activity and sales targets.
- Prepare and present proposals, as well as, provide appropriate follow-up throughout the sales process.
- Various administrative tasks as needed.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a results-driven, B2B role.
- Must have experience and bring connections in the insurance claim, property management, real estate, restoration and construction industries.
- Preference to those already in the restoration and/or construction industry.
- Ability to communicate effectively through all forms of communication.
- Astute attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to plan, forecast, and schedule time needs independently.
- Must be able to work in various settings including remotely, traveling, and in-person meetings.
