Event-Based Armed Protection : Provide discreet, professional protection for high-profile individuals during events by responsibly carrying and utilizing a concealed firearm in compliance with local, state, and federal laws. Ensure event security through proactive risk management.Threat Assessment and Mitigation : Conduct ongoing risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and potential threats, implementing proactive security measures to mitigate risks effectively.Advance Work : Perform thorough site reconnaissance, route planning, and logistics coordination to ensure safe and seamless transitions between locations and event-based settings.Surveillance and Monitoring : Be constantly vigilant by monitoring your surroundings for suspicious activities, identifying risks, and taking preemptive actions to ensure security.Emergency Response : React swiftly and professionally to security breaches, medical emergencies, or active threats, maintaining composure and tactical effectiveness under pressure.Event Emergency Response and Medical Support : Provide immediate response during events for security breaches, medical incidents, or emergencies, ensuring client safety and coordinating with emergency services.Incident Response Coordination : Act decisively in high-pressure situations, using tactical skills to manage threats, de-escalate conflicts, and safely evacuate clients or assets as necessary.Manage and Support Security Operations : This position oversees on-site security needs, secures travel routes, and ensures comprehensive protection during events or in high-risk locations.Collaborate with Law Enforcement : Serve as a direct point of contact for local authorities, ensuring a coordinated and effective response during complex scenarios or emergencies.Confidentiality and Discretion : Uphold the highest standards of privacy and professionalism when handling sensitive information and interacting with high-profile clients, always ensuring their privacy.Team Collaboration : Work closely with other security personnel, law enforcement, and operational teams to provide seamless and comprehensive security coverage.Required Qualifications :
Minimum of 6 year’s experience in relevant military, law enforcement, executive protection, or personal security roles.BSIS Guard Card.BSIS Exposed Firearms Permit.Concealed Weapons Permit (CCW / LEOSA / HR218).Appropriate Use of Force or Weapons of Mass Destruction Certification.Powers to Arrest Certification.First Aid, CPR, and AED for Adults, Children, and Infants.Demonstrated expertise in risk assessment, threat mitigation, and defensive tactics .High level of physical fitness , mental resilience , and strong decision-making skills.Proficient in both communication and dictation.Proven conflict resolution experience with a strong emphasis on emotional intelligence .Ensures precise , concise , and professional interactions in all written and verbal communication.Demonstrated skill in creating thorough , accurate reports documenting incidents, observations, and activities supporting client needs.Preferred Skills & Attributes :
