Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Professional Security: Maintain a highly professional presence in corporate settings, adhering to security protocols to ensure the safety of executives, employees, and assets. Serve as a visible deterrent to threats while fostering a secure and productive work environment.
- Conduct On-Site Threat Assessments: Identify vulnerabilities and analyze potential risks within corporate offices, high-profile meetings, and events. - Manage Workplace Violence & High-Risk Terminations: Provide protective oversight during employee terminations, internal disputes, and workplace violence concerns. Ensure safe and discreet intervention when managing potentially volatile situations.
- Emergency Response Coordination: React swiftly and effectively to security breaches, workplace threats, or emergency incidents. Execute evacuation protocols and provide calm, professional guidance to executives, employees, and corporate staff during crisis situations.
- Collaborate with Law Enforcement: Liaise with local law enforcement and corporate security teams to coordinate emergency response plans and risk mitigation strategies for high-profile corporate environments.
- Maintain Client Confidentiality: Uphold strict discretion when handling sensitive corporate information, executive movements, and security protocols. Ensure all interactions with executives, employees, and guests are conducted with the highest level of professionalism.
- Foster a Secure Corporate Environment: Work closely with HR, legal teams, and corporate leadership to implement security best practices, enhance employee safety, and ensure a secure, professional workplace for daily operations and corporate events.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in relevant military, law enforcement, executive protection, or personal security roles.
- Security Guard Certification
- 12-Hour Basic Training, 8-Hour Continuing Education for Guard Certification
- Wear and Carry Permit (WCP/LEOSA/RLEO)
- 16-Hour Firearms Training Use of Force and De-Escalation Training Certification
- Concealed Weapons Permit (CCW/LEOSA/HR218)
- First Aid, CPR, and AED for Adults, Children, and Infants
- Demonstrated expertise in risk assessment, threat mitigation, and defensive tactics.
- High level of physical fitness, mental resilience, and strong decision-making skills.
- Proficient in both communication and dictation.
- Proven conflict resolution experience with a strong emphasis on emotional intelligence.
- Ensures precise, concise, and professional interactions in all written and verbal communication.
- Demonstrated skill in creating thorough, accurate reports documenting incidents, observations, and activities supporting client needs.
Preferred Skills & Attributes:
