Key Responsibilities:

* Event-Based Armed Protection: Responsible carry and utilize a concealed firearm in compliance with local, state, and federal laws to provide professional protection for high-profile individuals during event discreet, professional. Ensure event security through proactive risk management.

• Threat Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct ongoing risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and potential threats, implementing proactive security measures to mitigate risks effectively.

• Advance Work: Thorough site reconnaissance, route planning, and logistics coordination are required to ensure safe and seamless transitions between locations and event-based settings.

• Surveillance and Monitoring: Be constantly vigilant by monitoring your surroundings for suspicious activities, identifying risks, and taking preemptive actions to ensure security.

• Emergency Response: React swiftly and professionally to security breaches, medical emergencies, or active threats, maintaining composure and tactical effectiveness under pressure.

• Event Emergency Response and Medical Support: Provide immediate response during events for security breaches, medical incidents, or emergencies, ensuring client safety and coordinating with emergency services.

• Incident Response Coordination: Act decisively in high-pressure situations, using tactical skills to manage threats, de-escalate conflicts, and safely evacuate clients or assets as necessary.

• Manage and Support Security Operations: This position oversees on-site security needs, secures travel routes, and ensures comprehensive protection during events or in high-risk locations.

• Collaborate with Law Enforcement: Serve as a direct point of contact for local authorities, ensuring a coordinated and effective response during complex scenarios or emergencies.

• Confidentiality and Discretion: Uphold the highest standards of privacy and professionalism when handling sensitive information and interacting with high-profile clients, always ensuring their privacy.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other security personnel, law enforcement, and operational teams to provide seamless and comprehensive security coverage.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 6 years in relevant military, law enforcement, executive protection, or personal security roles.

• Certifications:

o Commissioned Security Officer License (Level III)

o Firearms Proficiency Certificate

o License to Carry (LTC)

o DPS Background Check Clearance

o First Aid, CPR, and AED Certification for Adults, Children, and Infants

• Advanced Certifications: Preferred certifications in executive protection, tactical firearms training, and defensive driving.

• Risk and Threat Management: Demonstrated expertise in risk assessment, threat mitigation, defensive tactics, and situational awareness to identify and mitigate risks proactively.

• Conflict Resolution and De-escalation: Proven proficiency in conflict resolution, de-escalation techniques, and emergency response, with a strong emphasis on emotional intelligence and maintaining composure under pressure.

• Physical and Mental Readiness: The candidate must be highly physically fit, have mental resilience, and be able to make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.

• Communication Skills:

o Strong verbal and written communication for transparent reporting and effective interaction with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

• Advanced Training: Proficiency in advanced work, defensive driving, and emergency medical response, including certifications such as Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) or Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) for handling on-site medical emergencies.

• Emotional Intelligence: Ability to remain composed, empathetic, and effective in high-stress situations, maintaining clear and professional communication with clients, families, and team members.
