What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Event Security Specialist - Flexible Shifts position at Global Risk Solutions, Inc.?
- Security Operations: Support and contribute to the management of security activities, including overseeing entry and exit points, controlling access to secure areas, and maintaining a strong security presence during large-scale, high-profile events and at estates for high-net-worth individuals (HNI) and organizations.
- Security Sweeps and Patrols: Participate in comprehensive and regular security sweeps, working to identify and mitigate potential threats to ensure a safe environment during events and on estate properties.
- Incident Response: Act swiftly and efficiently in response to any security incidents, ensuring the safety of all attendees, staff, and residents, whether at an event or on a private estate.
- Coordination and Communication: Collaborate closely with event staff and estate personnel and maintain clear, consistent communication within the security team and with law enforcement as needed to ensure seamless operations.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, including health and safety regulations, while accurately documenting and communicating all security activities and incidents, both at events and within estate environments.
- Minimum of 6 years of event and/or residential security experience, preferably with a military or law enforcement background.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations.
- In-depth knowledge of advanced safety and security protocols, including proficiency with sophisticated security systems and ROE policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to maintaining high professionalism.
