Key Responsibilities :

Provide on-site security for school events, ensuring the safety of students, staff, and attendees through effective access control and perimeter and area security.

Monitor entrances, exits, and event perimeters to prevent unauthorized access, manage crowd movement, and ensure crowd management / control measures are in place.

Accompanied the student body and staff during off-campus events, offering travel security, conducting venue reconnaissance, and coordinating with event organizers to tailor security approaches.

Perform pat downs / wanding to maintain a secure environment and uphold safety protocols.

Respond to emergencies, including medical incidents or safety threats, and coordinate emergency response and communication with local law enforcement and emergency services.

Conducted pre-event security assessments, collaborated with event organizers to implement adequate security measures, and provided real-time incident response during events.

Serve as a visible and approachable presence to foster a safe and supportive environment for students and staff.

Maintain detailed incident reports and logs, documenting all security activities, observations, and actions taken.

Perform regular patrols during events, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks or hazards to ensure seamless event operations.

Required Qualifications :

Experience : Minimum of 3 years in relevant military, law enforcement, executive protection, or event security roles.

Certifications :

BSIS Guard Card

Appropriate Use of Force or Weapons of Mass Destruction Certification

Powers to Arrest Certification

First Aid, CPR, and AED for Adults, Children, and Infants

Risk and Threat Management : Demonstrated expertise in risk assessment, threat mitigation, and defensive tactics.

Physical and Mental Readiness : High physical fitness, mental resilience, and strong decision-making skills.

Communication Skills : Proficient in verbal and written communication, ensuring precise, concise, and professional interactions.

Reporting Skills : Ability to create thorough, accurate reports documenting incidents, observations, and activities supporting client needs.

Conflict Resolution : Proven experience handling conflicts with a strong emphasis on emotional intelligence and de-escalation techniques.
