Key Responsibilities :

Perimeter and Area Patrols :

Perform regular perimeter and area patrols to maintain a secure environment, deter unauthorized activity, and promptly address suspicious behavior or safety concerns.

Incident Response :

Respond quickly and effectively to security breaches, emergencies, or suspicious activities. Ensure a detailed report is created for each incident to support ongoing security improvements.

Crisis Management :

Implement response protocols and coordinate with team members, clients, and law enforcement to lead and support crisis management efforts during high-pressure situations.

Manage and Support Security Operations :

Coordinate on-site security needs, secure travel routes, and protect clients or assets during events or in high-risk locations. Integrate security measures seamlessly into operational plans.

Transportation and Driving :

Provide secure client transportation, ensuring safety and efficiency while adhering to all applicable traffic laws and organizational protocols. Execute route planning to identify and mitigate potential risks.

Emergency Response Coordination :

Act swiftly and effectively in high-pressure situations to mitigate threats and safeguard clients or assets. Collaborate with team members and authorities to execute emergency protocols.

Customer Service :

Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional demeanor, addressing client concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive experience while upholding security standards.

Required Qualifications :

Minimum of 4 years of experience in relevant military, law enforcement, executive protection, or residential security roles.

BSIS Guard Card

Appropriate Use of Force and / or Weapons of Mass Destruction Certification

Powers to Arrest Certification

First Aid, CPR, and AED for Adults, Children, and Infants

Demonstrated expertise in risk assessment, threat mitigation, and defensive tactics .

High level of physical fitness , mental resilience , and strong decision-making skills.

Proficient in both communication and dictation.

Proven conflict resolution experience with a strong emphasis on emotional intelligence .

Ensures precise , concise , and professional interactions in all written and verbal communication.

Demonstrated skill in creating accurate reports documenting incidents, observations, and activities supporting client needs.
