Job Requirements & Responsibilities
- Installation or replacement of commercial roofing systems (Foam and Coating) according to specifications and warranty requirements
- Installing, repairing, and maintaining various roofing systems.
- responsible for insulating, soundproofing, and sealing buildings with foam.
- Conducting inspections to identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure project completion on time.
- Adhering to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
Additionally, foam roofers spray roofs, sidings, and walls with urethane or polyurethane foam to bind, seal, insulate, or soundproof sections of structures. - remove hazards from roofs, gutters, and adjacent structures, set up barricades and warning lines, and provide guidance to unskilled workers.
- Conducting inspections to identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure project completion on time.
- Apply safety practices as it applies to the roofing trade
- Clean work area and equipment
