Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to improve production line performance, reducing downtime and increasing efficiency.
- Identify and lead cost-reduction and waste-elimination projects, ensuring measurable business impact.
- Establish KPIs and reporting systems to track and communicate continuous improvement progress.
- Partner with engineering, maintenance, operations, and quality teams to enhance equipment reliability and process optimization.
- Conduct root cause analysis and data-driven problem-solving to drive sustainable improvements.
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training programs to enhance operator response time and sustain improvements.
