Global Security and Communications, Inc in Vancouver, WA is looking to hire a full-time Fire Alarm Technician - Project Manager to service and install our fire alarm systems. This project management position earns a competitive wage of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, hourly or salary as well as a signing bonus . A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FIRE ALARM TECHNICIAN - PROJECT MANAGER

As a Fire Alarm Technician - Project Manager, you keep our customers feeling safe and well-protected in their workplaces. You maintain and install fire alarms in commercial and residential buildings, diligently testing the systems to ensure they work perfectly. If a system malfunctions, you solve any issues to the best of your ability.

You help strategically schedule service calls and system inspections in a way that optimizes our technicians' efficiency and productivity. When a fellow technician could use a hand with a project, you are happy to help. You take pride in keeping our fire alarms functioning and our security system business running smoothly!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FIRE ALARM TECHNICIAN - PROJECT MANAGER

  • Level II or III certification from the National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET)
  • 1 years of related experience
  • Willingness to submit to a background check upon hire

Licensure in Oregon or Washington would be preferred but is not required. Are you a strong communicator? Do you pay close attention to details? Are you an excellent problem solver? If yes, you might just be perfect for this project management position!
