Job Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating shifts for security personnel.
- Maintain and organize company files, records, and databases.
- Prepare reports, forms, and internal documents as needed.
- Provide general support to office staff and management.
- Order and manage office supplies and inventory.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
Qualifications:
- Prior administrative or office experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional and courteous demeanor.
- Experience in the security industry is a plus but not required.
