Experience in property repairs and maintenance is essential. Experience in customer service and computer proficiency is advantageous. We welcome applications from veterans and retirees! Availability on Saturdays is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service face-to-face, over the phone, and via email.
- Evaluate and address customer storage requirements, recommending supplies and insurance options.
- Manage all aspects of leasing storage units, including document preparation and execution.
- Meet financial goals through rent collection, budget forecasting, and managing expenses.
- Ensure property upkeep by resolving problems, coordinating repairs, and upholding supreme cleanliness standards.
- Generate reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Contribute to the organization’s success by taking responsibility for various tasks and seeking ways to enhance job performance and company value.
- Fulfill additional responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in property repairs and maintenance
- Customer Service and/or Sales experience is a plus
- A High School diploma/GED equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Capable of performing basic maintenance tasks.
- Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office suite, with the willingness to learn new software.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Regular availability to work on Saturdays.
