Global Service Resources is looking for an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a Correctional Facility in Stockton, CA.
Stockton, CA
6 months (Renewable)
8 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM
Payrate : $93-$95 / hr
- Minimum of 1 year experience within the last 3 years
- If provider has ever worked in any correctional facility / state prisons, please note facility and dates worked
- 2 weeks orientation / training (Mostly Mon-Fri AM Shift)

Job Responsibilities :
Contributing to team-based care for the management of chronic health conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, obesity, etc.)
Monitor health outcomes at an individual and population level.
