Responsibilities :
Prospect and qualify new clients in the healthcare and IT staffing sectors through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Leverage your staffing sales experience to understand the specific staffing requirements of healthcare facilities and IT departments, and develop customized recruitment strategies.
Conduct detailed client consultations and presentations to effectively communicate the benefits of our healthcare and IT staffing solutions.
Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients, ensuring competitive pricing and terms that align with company objectives.

Hourly wage : $25 to $30 per hour, commensurate with experience.
