About the job: While working with the Senior I/O Psychologist/Technical Team Lead, the Senior Consultant will focus heavily on supporting the implementation of a large-scale federal workforce development project. The Senior Consultant is expected to carry out the essential administrative functions of the project and ensure client needs are applied and integrated throughout the project for long term outcomes based on larger efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative guidance to the project team(s) to ensure consistent administrative procedures are being applied; provide actionable feedback to the technical team as related to products and procedures
- Identify best practices for administrative procedures as it relates to client projects while also recognizing potential challenges and constraints
- Support the technical team with administrative functions related to the work activities
- Support the technical team with the work activities for job task analysis focus groups
- Distribute a survey via an online platform and collect the results under the supervision of the Senior I/O Psychologist/Technical Team Lead
- Manage all subject matter expert (SME) communications with guidance from the client
- Manage the scheduling and logistics of all work activities (e.g., focus groups, interviews, surveys)
- Maintain records of SMEs and their involvement in job task analysis activities
- Handle and protect classified documents and information with appropriate security measures
- Carry out additional tasks as requested by the Senior I/O Psychologist/Technical Team Lead
Minimum Qualifications:
- Active TS with SCI eligibility
- Bachelor’s from an accredited university with 10 years of experience, Master’s degree from an accredited university with five years of work experience, or PhD from an accredited university with no experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Must be able to work onsite Monday – Friday
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant from an accredited university in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Psychometrics, Education in Measurement, Statistics, Data Science, Data Analytics, or related field
