  • Going through incidents from call centers and resolving issues. Analyze data from cloud platform from SQL/ Python and go through metrics. Communicate findings with key stakeholders.
  • Ensuring stability and validity of their systems
  • Blend of software engineering and operational experience with data analytics
  • Focusing on incident mgmt. and troubleshooting
