Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules like Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
- Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing on ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with ATF (Automated Test Framework) in ServiceNow is a must.
- Experience in defect tracking tools like JIRA or similar.
- Ability to understand and test ServiceNow workflows and integrations.
- Good understanding of ITSM / ITIL processes.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
