This position is available at our Woburn, MA location or our Avon, MA location. Qualified Candidates can work from either location to minimize commute time.
Job Description: Customer Support Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Customer Quotations on incoming sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Follow up on open quotes to convert to sales
- Collaborate with management to develop effective strategies for business development
- Report Order Status with Customers, meet with them virtually as needed.
- Work closely with vendors on incoming order status.
- Expedite incoming orders to insure on-time performance
- Enter incoming orders into the ERP System/ Conduct Purchasing as required
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outbound calling or inside sales role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Strong Excel Skills is a must!
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
