To be qualified, the candidate MUST be a US citizen and be eligible to obtain a successful public trust adjudication, at a minimum. 

Responsibilities assigned to this position may include: 

• Provide expert level advice on program administration, scheduling, contracts, and pricing 

• Analyze and develop innovative solutions to complex problems supporting professional services  

• Develop advanced concepts, techniques, and standards 

• Create new applications based on professional principles and theories 

• Review white papers/market research abstracts, technical proposals, and budget proposals 

• Provide expert assessments, recommendations, and guidance 

 Required Experience: 

• Master’s degree in relevant specialty 

• 10 years of experience in relevant specialty 

Preferred Experience: 

• Doctoral degree in relevant specialty 

• 10 years of experience in relevant specialty

Salary : $150,000 - $250,000
