Rate: $55/hr c2c / 1099 all inclusive

Skills:

• BA with FX experience for the front office, help them build out the FX target operating model with some technical experience.
• They need FRONT OFFICE experience FX and/or Rates
• They will consider candidates assessments current states, future states Derivatives, equity 6-8 years of experience Mid level, hungry, willing to learn Long term goal they will become one of the BA s on the Agile team working with the developers and Product Owners If they have been on the trading desk that will work also.
• Must understand the traders SQL, workflows Understand what the SME s are telling them, they will need help in documentation, recognizing the gaps and what needs to be resolved, needs someone to Capture in current state, written process diagrams, answer challenge questions. Need to be able to tell stakeholders how do they want to see things work what steps to take Looking for a Strategic BA OMS, EMS and PMS.
• Does not have to have these but knowledge of them is very helpful Their Order Management system is an inhouse system is preferred.
• Will be doing some assessments on the systems they are working with Contract to Hire FX trading, when the traders speak that the BA understands what they are saying, understands what goes on in trading Interview
