We appreciate our steady and consistent flow of new and returning clientele requiring legal support regarding their O-1B, O-1A, and EB-1 cases (amongst other legal matters) and now wish to invite a new Senior Associate Immigration Attorney to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis and work with us to support our clients. As our Senior Attorney, you will be required to consult with potential new O-1 and EB-1 clients; review documents and cases for quality assurance; and correspond with clients to answer their legal questions. Therefore, it is necessary that you possess the following skills, experience, and attributes : Significant experience with overseeing and reviewing O-1 visas and EB-1A Green Cards (i.e., you must have worked on a minimum of 200 cases to-date ) Familiarity with NIWs Experience with both O-1A and O-1B visas An excellent ability to adapt to a new environment and less familiar processes and procedures with ease A strong ability to work as the right hand to the Managing Attorney and offer support as required An excellent work ethic with a genuine desire to achieve the best results for your clients at all times A friendly, courteous, and respectful demeanor An openness to learning and growing within a boutique business environment whilst adhering to policies and procedures to ensure that cases are processed as efficiently as possible Excellent attention to detail to ensure effective quality reviews of case work You genuinely enjoy communicating with clients in a calm, helpful, and empathetic manner (verbally, via Zoom, email etc.) Naturally you must be Licensed to practice Law in the US and relevant proof of education required.
