The Role
A single practice-based role with options to work anywhere from three to five days per week , so you can manage your work-life balance as you see fit!
- Working hours are from around 7 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break. If these hours don’t quite match what you can offer, please still apply, as our client may be able to accommodate other working patterns to better suit your schedule!
- A full schedule of patients can be provided from the very outset. However, the diary will first be made more relaxed to allow you to settle into your new role. Once you’re comfortable in your new surroundings, you will be provided with 30-minute appointment slots for full refraction appointments and have the opportunity to see anything from 18-22 patients per day, flexibly, to suit your working preferences and the practice's requirements.
- Predominantly focusing on primary eye care, with additional opportunities to offer full-scope optometry through pre- and post-surgical co-management, treatment / management of eye diseases, low vision and the option to provide specialist contact lens services if of interest to the successful applicant.
