Veterinarian position - No out of hours or Weekends
Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced small animal veterinarian to join a well-established, independent practice. The position offers a strong salary package, work-life balance, and the chance to work in a supportive and community-focused environment.
The Practice:

- Fully equipped with an in-house Idexx lab, full surgical suite, heated surgical table, and kennel runs.
- Strong community presence with a loyal client base.
- Same-day urgent care appointments available.
Services include:
- Wellness Care
- Surgical Services
- Dental Services
- Diagnostics Pharmacy
The Role:
- Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 8 AM – 5 PM (No out-of-hours)
- Sole charge position with a well-trained support team, including 2 surgical technicians and 2 assistants.
Appointments times:
- 30 minutes for dogs & senior cats
- 20 minutes for younger cats
- 30 minutes for exotics
- Surgical & Consult Split: Dedicated surgery day (flexible).
- Average Caseload: 15-18 cases per day.
Package and Benefits:
- Competitive salary $130,000 - $175,000 (option for production-based pay).

Requirements:
- A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution
- A valid Massachusetts State veterinary license in good standing
- DEA license
- At least 3 years of clinical experience
Salary : $130,000 - $180,000
