Overview

We're looking for a Customer Success Manager with a customer-centric mindset and hands-on experience in the construction industry. You'll be responsible for customer onboarding, ongoing support, and driving customer success for the products and features.

Responsibilities

• The technology developed by our client helps workers optimize their work by helping them identify the ONE most important document they need at a time.
• You'll be responsible for customer onboarding, ongoing support, and driving customer success for the products and features.
• Your understanding of the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry will enable you to offer tailored solutions and high-quality experiences to our customers.
• Serve as the go-to authority for customers, guiding them through their journey.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships through regular check-ins, training sessions, and feedback mechanisms.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing to relay customer needs and contribute to product improvement.
• Use analytics and customer interaction data to drive strategies for customer success and retention.
• Conduct customer training webinars, write help articles, and maintain the FAQ section to improve the customer experience.
• Foster and build a community of satisfied customers who can act as brand ambassadors.
