Global Tech Solutions is seeking a Junior Account Manager to join our team immediately.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Manager to join our team. To be successful this role, you will assist in managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting account activities. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with a passion for building strong professional relationships and a keen eye for detail. We are seeking a "People" person with a positive attitude and excellent written and verbal communication skills. As a Junior Account Manager, you will work closely with the Customer Success Director on building strong relationships with customers and collaborating with internal teams to deliver a consistent and excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the purchasing team to follow up on outstanding quote approvals and additional opportunities.
- Conduct customer follow-up calls to assist with the approval process.
- Conduct inventory assessments to identify assets due for refresh or replacement.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services or products to existing clients.
- Resolve client inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Working with internal teams to ensure that we meet SLAs.
- Addressing potential service delivery issues.
- Develop internal relationships to drive results.
Requirements
- CRM experience.
- Very strong communications (written and verbal) skills in private and public forums, including the ability to communicate technical requirements to a non-technical audience.
- Proven history of building and maintaining long term customer relationships.
- Basic understanding of technical terms and IT infrastructure.
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Advanced motivational and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong ability to follow up with customers and internal teams.
Bonus
