Company Description
At GTS we provide Field Service Technicians to the liquid packaging industry, supporting service, installation, training and production support on many Tetra Pak platforms.
Our goal is to form a close relationship with our customers and work together in improving OEE and servicing requirements.
Role Description
This is a flexible contract. on-site Field Service Technician role located in the USA Area. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for traveling internationally to install, maintain, and repair Tetra Pak equipment. They will also provide technical support and training to customers, as well as troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site.
We work on various customer site in the USA and provide support across all shifts working a minimum of 60 hours per week on 12 hour shifts.
We are very flexible when it comes to planning our teams, some techs work 3 months in a year and other 9 months, Whatever your personal requirement is we find a pattern that suits.
In return we offer an hourly rate of 60 GBP per hour, travel rate 30.80 GBP per hour (door to door). Work wear will be provided after a trial period.
All travel and accommodation costs will be reimbursed.

Qualifications
- Experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing Tetra Pak equipment
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to provide technical support and training to customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of international travel procedures and regulations
- Ability to work independently and in a team
