Are you a skilled Business Analyst with a passion for credit dispute resolution? Our client is seeking a talented Senior Business Analyst to join our AMCB Change Office and Enablement team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll play a vital role in validating requirements, user stories, and Agile process flow for FCRA-related projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit, analyze, and document requirements using various techniques, including document analysis and user story mapping.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Lead a workstream alongside other Business Analysts.
- Understand and apply requirements traceability principles.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and articulate the value of the Business Analyst role.
- Leverage industry knowledge and certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) to enhance your expertise.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- CBAP or equivalent certification (PBI, SAFE, Scrum Alliance) preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong requirements elicitation skills.
- Experience with credit cards, compliance/regulatory findings, and Agile process flow.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
