Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of requirements, ensuring alignment with business and enterprise needs.
• Requirements Analysis: Elicit, analyze, and document detailed requirements for the automated dispute resolution system.
• Machine Learning: Leverage machine learning techniques to develop models for investigating and resolving disputes.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements and ensure project success.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize the dispute resolution process.

Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong proficiency in machine learning and modeling techniques.
• Excellent requirements elicitation skills, including experience with document analysis, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
• Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Understanding of agile delivery frameworks and requirements traceability.
• Verifiable certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, etc.) are a plus.
• Industry knowledge in the financial services sector is preferred.
