Job Overview:
- The Business Process Analyst plays a critical role in identifying, documenting, analyzing, and recommending process enhancements within the Global Finance organization.
- They collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, document processes, perform assessments, and propose process improvements.
- This role will support Finance projects and processes.
- Assess current performance, perform root cause analysis, and develop solutions for global finance processes
- Work with process owners and subject matter experts to accurately document current processes as they relate to current focus areas.
- Business Process Analyst assists in measuring and reporting on process performance
- Analyze existing processes and performance to identify gaps and areas for improvement in alignment with the Global Finance Transformation Goals.
- Propose process changes, including workflow adjustments, automation, and best practices.
- Assist in implementing process improvement projects and monitor their effectiveness.
- Document process changes and maintain process documentation.
- Coordinate with program/project leads on plan executionAssist with the development of project charters and gathering relevant information
- Provide training and support to team members on new processes.
