Data Entry Clerk

• Seeking a dedicated Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Parsippany, NJ. This is a contract position offering onsite work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
  

• Process and update contractor licenses and insurance documents.
• Verify contractor Better Business Bureau (BBB) status.
• Manually enter and process contractor warranty registrations, including batch uploads.
• Send monthly email updates to sales regarding contractor renewal statuses.
• Assist with other departmental duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Strong data entry skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
